POSITION DETAILS: SC-SPT-04 Public Safety Diver-Leading Deckhand
DESCRIPTION
Stand deck watches. Skilled shipboard work including hull maintenance, small boat handling, painting, rigging, steering, and on-deck labour. Participate in diving watches, training, maintenance.

Western: The Western Region consists of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Yukon, minus the Yukon slope.
Central: The Central Region consists of Ontario and Quebec, minus the Nunavik region in northern Quebec.

Marine Emergency Duties - Basic Safety
Marine Emergency Duties - Survival Craft / Rescue Boats
Restricted Operator Certificate-Maritime Commercial (ROC-MC)
Diver Certification Board of Canada (DCBC) Restricted Surface Supplied Diver Certification
CCG Medic-A Certificate
OEM Maintenance Qualification; Technician
