Workforce Management (HR) for Supervisors/Managers Workforce Management (HR) for Supervisors/Managers Manages unit or units workforce planning, recruitment, organizational design, classification issues, training and development, employment equity, official languages issues, performance management/labour relations, compensation issues, and rewards/recognition items.	3 Position Level: 3 Intermediate (Able to successfully complete the necessary tasks in this competency.
