Atlantic: The Atlantic Region consists of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador, minus the Nunatsiavut region in Labrador.
Western: The Western Region consists of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Yukon, minus the Yukon slope.
Arctic: The Arctic Region is inclusive of the Yukon North slope, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Nunavik, Nunatsiavut, and Hudson and James Bay. This boundary is inclusive of Inuit Nunangat.
Central: The Central Region consists of Ontario and Quebec, minus the Nunavik region in northern Quebec.

Makes budget entries and reconciles accounts with rationales. Tracks and analyzes unit cash flow.
Exercise Planning Exercise Planning Plans and develops exercises (simulations of an emergency situation), which includes validating exercise plans, developing member skills, testing them during exercises, and testing established procedures. It includes a visual overview of the exercise, tracks related hours/cost of exercise, assigns responsibilities and logistical tasks.	4 Position Level: 4 Advanced (Performs the actions associated with this skill without assistance. Troubleshooting Troubleshooting Employs a systematic approach to problems in order to find and correct issues with Canadian Coast Guard assets (e.g. land based, sea based, structural, electronic, etc.).	3 Position Level: 3 Intermediate (Able to successfully complete the necessary tasks in this competency. Applies various problem isolation techniques to determine causes. Tests equipment under multiple settings to confirm it is restored to working state.

Marine Environmental and Hazards Response (MEHR) Technical Elements Marine Environmental and Hazards Response (MEHR) Technical Elements Manages an MEHR operation across the spectrum of possible incidents. Applies legal authorities properly in accordance with the powers accorded under the Wrecked, Abandoned or Hazardous Vessel Act. Maintains an inventory of wrecked and abandoned vessels, addresses irresponsible vessel management by prohibiting vessel abandonment, strengthening owner responsibility (including costs for cleanup and removal), and participates in the management of removal of such vessels. Conducts overall and on-water response to a marine pollutant. Establishes and/or use a command structure appropriate to the incident. Uses the formal processes within the command structure.
